Privacy information for directory browsing, enquiries, listing claims, retention, administrator access, exports, erasure, and third-party links.
Browsing and public listings
The plugin does not require an account to browse public listings and does not add advertising trackers. The WordPress site, host, security tools, analytics selected by the site owner, and linked third-party services may process technical data under their own notices. Facility records are business-directory information and must not contain resident records.
Enquiries and claims
Forms collect the selected facility, name, email, optional phone, message, consent time, and workflow data. Claims also collect organization, role, and an optional public verification URL. The plugin does not store the raw IP address; it uses a one-way, site-specific IP-derived value temporarily for abuse prevention. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, insurance, or identity information.
Use, access, and retention
Submission data is used to process the request, check a claim, prevent abuse, maintain records, and send configured notifications. Private submissions are restricted to site administrators. Retention is indefinite unless the administrator configures a 1–3650 day period. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools can locate submissions by email; legal or operational obligations may limit deletion.
Your choices
You can avoid the forms and contact a provider or authority directly. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the privacy contact method published by the site owner and provide the email address used in the form. Follow third-party links only after reviewing the destination’s privacy and security information.
